Spartronics- Director, International Business Development – EMS (Vietnam Manufacturing)Drive Global Growth for High-Reliability Electronics ManufacturingMust reside in the United States.Spartronics is seeking a seasoned EMS business development leader to drive new international manufacturing programs for our Vietnam operations. With more than 270,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing space and over 20 years of operational experience, the site specializes in complex, high-reliability products requiring precision, quality, and regulatory compliance.Why This Role MattersAs Director of International Business Development, you will play a key role in expanding Spartronics’ global manufacturing footprint by securing new OEM customers and placing high-value programs into our Vietnam facility.This position is focused entirely on new customer acquisition and strategic program wins. You will leverage your network, market knowledge, and EMS expertise to help OEMs evaluate and adopt low-cost country manufacturing strategies while positioning Spartronics as their trusted long-term partner.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy to identify and win new OEM customers seeking global EMS manufacturing solutionsDrive new business growth for Spartronics’ Vietnam manufacturing operations.Identify, qualify, and close complex EMS opportunities across medical devices, aerospace, defense, life sciences, and industrial markets.Generate and manage $10M+ program opportunities with significant lifetime revenue potential.Guide OEM customers through the low-cost country qualification and transition process.Build executive-level relationships with engineering, supply chain, and procurement leaders.Represent Spartronics at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings.Collaborate internally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to develop tailored manufacturing solutions for each opportunity.
Requirements
