Job Description: As a Remote Reservation Agent, you will assist passengers in booking and modifying their flight plans, ensuring an easy and enjoyable process. You will be the key point of contact for customers looking to travel with Southwest Airlines, and your expertise will help them navigate our booking system, understand pricing, and answer any questions they may have. Responsibilities: Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, chat, and email. Provide customers with flight details, pricing information, and schedule options. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with using computer systems and booking platforms. High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
