**Job Description:**
As a Flight Attendant at Southwest Airlines, you are the face of our brand and a crucial member of our airline family. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers while embodying our company spirit of warmth, friendliness, and spontaneous delight.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks, safety demonstrations, and public announcements.

**Requirements:**
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and drug testing.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education a plus.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
