Sourcing Manager Contact Centre

The Procurement Sourcing Manager for the Contact Centre at Verizon is responsible for managing relationships with global suppliers, focusing on cost structures and contracting frameworks to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities
• Negotiate commercial terms and establish new supplier relationships.

• Manage relationships and resolve commercial issues in collaboration with technical and finance teams.

• Lead Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to develop requirements and consensus on commercial approaches.

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to business partners and propose sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with business partners to assess needs and manage expectations.

• Represent Verizon at industry forums and events.

• Perform contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Prepare deal memos and compliance documentation for contract execution.

• Participate in Operational Reviews with senior executives.

• Support other sourcing initiatives as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.

• Relevant work experience in strategic sourcing or related fields.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree.

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).

• Accounting or Finance experience.
