Key Responsibilities: Client & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with advertisers and agencies todevelop and execute measurement strategies that enhance understanding of campaign performance on TikTok.Strategic Consulting: Partner with revenue, product, and marketing teams to implement learning agendas that drive client success.Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses, including incrementalitytesting, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling, to provide actionable insights.Education & Enablement: Develop training materials and sessions to educate internal teams and clients on measurement best practices.Feedback Integration: Gather and relay client and agency feedback to product and partnerships teams to refine measurement tools and methodologies. Ideal Candidate Profile: 4–6 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, ormeasurement-focused roles.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred.Proficiency in experimental design, inferential statistics, and analytical methods.Strong time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude.Experience with SQL, R, or HIVE for custom analytical work.Familiarity with privacy-first measurement systems and clean room technologies.Experience in specific verticals such as CPG, retail, tech, or dining.
