Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure alignment with business strategies and technology standards. Collaborate with Business Architects, Data Modelers, and Technology Platform owners to guarantee key alignment to Platform Design guides and enterprise standards. Focus on cross-platform integration to leverage and optimize platform capabilities, ensuring the designed environment meets business requirements, application design, and infrastructure prerequisites. Perform active solution architecture design work and participate in design and code reviews to ensure delivery of desired business outcomes and adherence to enterprise guidelines. Offer input and practical direction on the Technology Platform's API strategy and implementation guide. Work closely with Business and Data Engineers to align and integrate their contributions into platform solutions. Train and coach engineering resources on solution architecture, providing counsel, mentorship, and support to less experienced colleagues as needed. Identify technical solutions and business process improvements in support of business and IT strategic direction. Explore opportunities to adopt innovative technologies and share knowledge with colleagues and product engineering teams. Provide structural leadership, evaluating projects to ensure alignment with architectural and technical frameworks. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on programming experience relevant to the assigned Technology Platform in a professional environment. Advanced experience with application solution architecture design and end-to-end software development of complex distributed (multi-tiered) systems. A deep understanding of various IT disciplines, including business, data, technical, and solution architecture concepts. Proficiency in using a systems analysis and design methodology pertinent to an agile product environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills can significantly enhance your candidacy: Experience with GraphQL, APIs, intelligent payment routing decision engines, ISO20022 frameworks, AI/ML-driven data pipelines, and fluid integrators with Global Payment Systems and financial frameworks.
