SOLUTION CONSULTANT
Project: Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) Stand-Up
Engagement Model: Outcome-based advisory services (non-configuration heavy)
Duration: 1-year contract with potential extension
Work Location: Primarily virtual
Hours: Standard business hours (8:30am 5:30pm)
Experience: 3 5 Years
Preferred: Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud
Role Overview
The Solution Consultant will support business process analysis, solution mapping, proof-of-concepts, intake documentation, and stakeholder engagement across ITS agencies.
This role is hybrid functional + light technical advisory.
Core Responsibilities
" Conduct business process mapping
" Develop intake documentation templates
" Assist in roadmap planning
" Participate in prototype/demos
" Create solution-fit evaluation documents
" Support documentation of governance frameworks
" Assist in defining reusable components
" Support monthly reporting inputs
" Assist in documenting alternative approaches
Required Experience
" Salesforce solution design experience
" Business process redesign
" Strong stakeholder communication
" Experience in Service Cloud or similar
" Experience in documentation-heavy environments

" Must understand that vendor does NOT perform:
• Data cleansing
• Data migration
• Third-party system management
