Solution Consultant – Governance, Risk, and Compliance
Job Description: • Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings • Ensure customer success by working with Workiva Client Services team for smooth on-boarding and long term success • Demonstrate knowledge across multiple domain areas developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact • Assist in developing new use-cases or by using existing templates providing proof of our solution's impact and value proposition • Conduct process assessments with customers, build Proof of Concepts to validate requirements, build and present customer specific business cases Requirements: • 4 years of experience in presales consulting or a related field • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field ; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions • Ability to present a value based, compelling software demonstrations Benefits: • Eligible for commission based on sales performance • Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire • 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
