Solar Back Office Operation Agent
KR SOLAR is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Solar Back Office Operation Agent to join our team. As a Solar Back Office Operation Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of our solar installation projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of solar installation projects
Manage and update project documentation, permitting, HOA documents, Interconnection Agreements and records
Coordinate with all teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track project timelines and milestones
Prepare and submit project reports
Assist in resolving any operational issues and providing support as needed
Prior experience in solar industry is preferred
Proficient in using project management softwareamd GSuites
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
