Key Responsibilities:
Execute thorough manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress.io.Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, log, and track bugs and defects.Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and regression testing.Analyze test results and ensure solutions meet the required quality standards.Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in software usability and functionality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in manual software testing and automation testing.Hands-on experience with Cypress.io for automation testing.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
