Position: Software Project Manager (Vancouver, Washington, USA) You'll be an integral part of our global team of dedicated full-time employees, comprised of technical architects, project managers, design specialists, developers, and QA engineers. Formos Software Project Managers (PMs) are fullātime employees who are primarily responsible for ensuring that the software we develop meets the requirements of the customer and is delivered on time and on budget. Working from a remote location anywhere in the USA, or onsite at our Vancouver, WA headquarters, our PMs interact directly with our clients, helping to define and clarify requirements, manage client expectations, and ultimately deliver the software solution.They are responsible for leading diverse teams of technical project leads, designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers in the US, Vietnam, and Ecuador. They work with the CTO, sales engineers, and other technical leadership to create specifications and proposals, manage requirements, and validate software quality. Skills and Experience Strong PM candidates will have 3+ years of experience working as a technical Project Manager or Business Systems Analyst, however those with solid technical comprehension, ability to elicit and document requirements, and proven success managing professional projects may also be considered.Qualified candidates must be great communicators, and can show that they are able to work comfortably with technical and nonātechnical stakeholders, in both verbal and written communications. They are adaptable, flexible, and good at thinking on their feet, and are highly organized, detail oriented, and thorough. Successful technical Project Managers are quick learners, and love to tackle new projects and challenges.
