As a Software Engineer Sr - Conversational AI Virtual Assistant you will work within PNC's Intelligent Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Own virtual assistance (chatbot) strategy
Develop and support implementation of use cases (customer facing chatbot, knowledge retrieval, helpdesk bot)
Maintain Kore.AI vendor platform
Explore innovative generative AI use cases

Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
