Job Responsibilities and Skills:

Responsibilities –

• Demonstrated Agile, SAFe and Lean experience

• Experience with workflow management tools (i.e. Version One, JIRA, TFS)

• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization

• Strong Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills

• Ability to influence without positional authority

• Microsoft Office application knowledge

Skills –

•Experience and understanding of FedEx, Planview, Digital.ai tool and Agility/SAFe principles

•Subject matter expert in translating data and business intelligence needs to visual illustration requirements

•Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI

•Power Query

•Power Automate

•Data governance, data architecture and data modeling

•Experience in tool-selection and retrofitting existing reporting systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Software Engineer II

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent. Two (2) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Software Engineer III

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent. Three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: ?This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Pay: ?U.S. Pay Range $5,364.26/month - $12,533.14/month?
