Our projects range from processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development to manipulating extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems.

Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Understand user needs and design software to meet them.
Fix bugs in existing software.
Suggest ways to improve documentation and development processes.
Create new software or add features to existing software.
Integrate software into new or existing systems.
Write simple data queries.
Write or review software documentation.
Lead a team or work as part of a team, depending on your experience.
Design or implement complex database queries.
Develop algorithms to meet performance standards.
Help develop and run tests for software components.
Analyze system performance and work with users or engineers to find solutions.
Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
Use scientific analysis and math models to design software.
Ensure team products meet quality standards.
Recommend new technologies and processes.
Lead or support multiple software development teams.
Choose the best development process with the customer and system engineers.
Ensure all software meets quality standards.
Delegate tasks to teams and monitor their performance.
Entry Level Software Engineer:
No demonstrated experience is required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Junior Software Engineer:
Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
