As we continue to expand our presence in physical AI and robotics innovation, we are committed to building a collaborative workplace that values curiosity, operational excellence, and thoughtful execution.Position SummaryThe HR Generalist (People Operations Generalist) plays a critical role in supporting the People function, with a primary emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition. This role will lead and drive recruitment efforts across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers and the VP of HR to attract, assess, and secure top talent. In addition to owning the day-to-day recruiting process, this role supports broader HR operations, administrative processes, reporting, benefits administration, and serves as a backup resource for payroll review. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing high-volume coordination with strategic talent support.Key Responsibilities Include:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluations, reference checks, and offer supportPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and desired candidate profilesDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent across a variety of rolesProactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsManage all candidate communications and ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCoordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and movement through the hiring processTrack recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and source effectivenessMaintain job postings and applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy, organization, and complianceSupport onboarding coordination and hiring transition activities to promote a seamless new hire experienceHR Operations & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrityAssist with drafting HR communications, documentation, and internal resourcesSupport compliance-related activities, audits, and general HR process administration as neededPayroll Support (Backup Role)Serve as a secondary reviewer for payroll processing to ensure accuracy and complianceAct as a backup resource for payroll administration as neededPartner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepanciesPeople Team CollaborationCollaborate closely with the broader People Team on cross-functional initiativesSupport HR programs, projects, and process improvementsContribute to a strong, collaborative, and employee-focused cultureReporting & AnalyticsCreate and maintain ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, and recruiting metricsAnalyze HR and recruiting data to support decision-making and identify trendsBenefits Support (Benefit Champion)Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and supportAssist with benefits administration, enrollment, and communicationsPartner with brokers and vendors to ensure smooth benefits operationsPromote employee awareness and utilization of benefit programsQualificationsBachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience3â7+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisitionFoundational knowledge of recruitment and/or prior recruiting experience is required.
