Social Media Strategist/Content Creator

Join our team at Heart Centered Social, a boutique Social Media & Meta Advertising Agency serving conscious coaches, experts, holistic doctors, healing schools, and local businesses. We help our clients grow trust, authority, and conversions through strategic, aligned marketing.

We're seeking a virtual, highly skilled, creative, and passionate part-time social media manager.

This is a hands-on subcontractor role working under the HCS brand to support our clients. You’ll work closely with the Founder/CEO to ensure client success, improve systems, and proactively flag issues before they become problems.

If you're experienced with blending strategy, design, sales psychology, and storytelling in creative ways, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop a well-rounded social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

-Organizing and prepping client content batches for publishing

-Building content calendars and researching/scripting short-form video topics and hooks for clients

-Writing high-quality captions and copy aligned with brand voice and strategy

-Designing graphics and carousels (using Canva at a near-Photoshop level)

-Simple reel creations and working with the video editor for more advanced reel editing (a plus if you also do advanced)

-Leading video editors and owning delivery timelines

-Support organic lead generation strategies (a plus if you have ManyChat experience)

-Managing and communicating directly with clients via Slack

-Daily engagement strategies to increase visibility and nurture new followers

-Track performance and share monthly analytics summaries

-Participating in client onboarding and monthly client meetings

-Stay up to date with trends, algorithm changes, and bring new ideas and creativity to the team
