Madi International is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a leading company in the beauty and wellness industry, we are looking for a female Saudi national who is passionate about social media and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms.Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including writing captions, copy, and visual assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage.Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and images.Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to leverage their reach and engagement for collaborative campaigns.Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including creating interactive content, running contests, and encouraging user-generated content.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.Research and identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors to tailor content and ad strategies accordingly.Design and implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Continuously test and optimize content, ad formats, targeting, and messaging to improve performance metrics.Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.Monitor social media metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates to track engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.Optimize posting schedules and frequency based on audience activity and engagement patterns to maximize visibility and interaction.Requirements:
Female Saudi national with a passion for social media and digital marketing.Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, and communications.2+ years of experience in social media for corporate communications. Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Familiarity with other social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
