Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Social Media Management: Help manage and monitor our social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with our brand voice, style, and messaging.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to recommend new strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Assist in analyzing social media performance and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Community Engagement: Engage with online communities and groups relevant to our industry to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential content ideas to keep our social media strategy fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for design and visual content.
Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with social media trends and best practices.
Passion for the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
