Key Responsibilities:
Ā Accurately enter data into our databases and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information
Ā Verify data and ensure its accuracy and completeness
Ā Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data
Ā Review and update information in the database regularly
Ā Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data
Ā Perform data quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ā Resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
Ā Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ā Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ā Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ā Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ā Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ā Comfortable with working with various computer systems and databases
Ā Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Ā No experience required, but prior experience in data entry or related fields is a plus
Compensation and Benefits :
Ā Pay rate is $35-40 per hour
Ā Steady Full-time / Part-time work.
