Description: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram to help us build and scale a Content Factory / UGC Factory. The goal is to create a consistent flow of high-performing video content and to strategically grow our social media presence. Responsibilities: Build and manage a scalable Content / UGC Factory Develop and execute a social media marketing (SMM) strategy for TikTok and Instagram Create structured posting and content plans Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and scenarios Communicate and collaborate with creators and agencies Analyze performance, trends, and continuously optimize content Requirements: Proven experience with TikTok and Instagram Experience building or managing a Content / UGC Factory is a strong plus Solid understanding of performance marketing Creative mindset combined with a structured, strategic approach Strong communication skills Apply tot his job
