Instructional Design Assistant Needed (Articulate Storyline Support)

I am an instructional designer seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Instructional Design Assistant to support ongoing contract work. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working inside Articulate Storyline and can take ownership of more time-consuming or repetitive production tasks so I can focus on higher-level design and stakeholder work. You should already be confident navigating Storyline files and making precise changes without extensive supervision. Primary Responsibilities: Updating and managing triggers (e.g., timeline-based triggers, button states, navigation logic) Editing and standardizing fonts, colors, and text styles Adjusting and managing layers and states Making bulk or repetitive updates across multiple slides Following existing design and interaction patterns accurately Implementing specific feedback and change requests with attention to detail Required Skills & Experience: Strong working knowledge of Articulate Storyline (360 or Storyline 3) Experience modifying triggers, layers, and slide logic High attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow written instructions and screenshots precisely Comfortable working with existing files rather than building from scratch Nice to Have (Not Required): Background in instructional design or eLearning development Familiarity with accessibility considerations (e.g., focus order, tab order) Experience supporting senior IDs or agencies Engagement Details: Contract / freelance role Hourly or per-project (open to discussion) Ongoing work available for the right fit Clear task instructions and examples will be provided To Apply: Please include: A brief summary of your Articulate Storyline experience Examples of Storyline work (portfolio link, screenshots, or brief description) Confirmation that you are comfortable handling trigger, font, and layer updates independently This role is best suited for someone who enjoys clean execution, precision, and supporting high-quality instructional design work.
