Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE Responsibilities: 1. Account Management Manage and post across all social platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring consistency in messaging and tone Conduct social listening to track trending topics and emerging content within the cryptosphere and monitor community feedback Collaborate closely with sponsorship, product, operations, content, and PR teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of relevant content 2. Content Creation Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social platforms Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling social content and work closely with the Video team to adapt long-form YouTube content into shorter formats Co-host and prepare questions for Twitter Spaces sessions 3. Community Engagement Build and maintain a strong online presence by engaging with users, responding to queries, and fostering a positive community atmosphere Engage with communities and brands to increase visibility and foster partnerships 4. Analytics and Reporting Generate and analyze reports on the growth and content performance (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) of social accounts Provide regular insights to key stakeholders, suggesting improvements based on performance data 5. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including product launches, contests, promotions, and events Optimise campaigns to maximise impact and user engagement Requirements: Solid understanding of Italian local crypto/blockchain/web3 market Solid experience in social media content creation Prior experience in Social Media and Crypto is highly desirable A keen interest in Web3, blockchain, and crypto developments Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies Proficient in using web and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms) Strong attention to detail, research skills, and an understanding of social media SEO principles Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to rapid changes in the Web3 ecosystem Demonstrates resilience and a solution-oriented mindset, navigating challenges and uncertainties with confidence and creativity Proficiency in Italian and English is essential Working at BingX Join an international and diversified team Great career development in a fast-growing company Be part of the future of finance technology and achieve meaningful goals Competitive market salary and fully remote/work-from-home flexibility Flexibility to observe your local holiday calendar, alongside additional benefits
