Social Media Manager - Contractor
CrossFit is looking to hire a Social Media Manager for six (6) months. RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the Sr. Social Media Manager to execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
Day-to-day management of all CrossFit Affiliates social media accounts
Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and activations
Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
Generate, edit, publish and share content daily that is customized to be engaging and useful for audiences on individual social media platforms.
Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Utilize data and analytics to optimize content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a strong and engaged community across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and positively.
Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
Work closely with influencers and partners to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media
