Manage and oversee all social media platforms for Publix Super Markets, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall online presence.
Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media channels that aligns with Publix's brand voice and values.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing and business objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve Publix's social media presence.
Respond to and engage with followers and customers on social media, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
Monitor and manage online reviews and comments, addressing any negative feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support company initiatives and product launches.
Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand Publix's reach and broaden its audience.
Manage social media advertising budget and work with external agencies to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay informed of any potential crisis or issues on social media and develop and implement crisis communication plans.
Train and educate other team members on social media best practices and guidelines.
Generate regular reports on social media performance and present to upper management.
Foster relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance Publix's social media presence and reach.
