The Social Media & Influencer Manager leads the online social promotion and community management of the Xtreme Lashes, Brows & Beauty by Jo Mousselli® brand. They cultivate online communities with a deep understanding of buyer behavior, legendary customer interactions, brand purpose & underlying business economics. They will use this knowledge to develop the strategy, organization, governance, and measurement of social media analytics. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of Xtreme Lashes’ social media content creation, including, but not limited to: Planning, creating, and scheduling content; tracking and reporting performance; and communicating with influencers. They will also communicate on behalf of our brand in a positive, authentic way, and generate social content that drives traffic, engagement, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales. Responsibilities • Take a metric-driven approach to manage all social platforms, social listening, and community management on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn • Lead the development and execution of a new Brand Ambassador program • Lead the Social Media Influencer marketing strategy and execution • Compile, curate & manage on-brand social content (images, videos, reels, stories) • Influence, inspire and engage fans, prospects & customers by disseminating education, brand message & product information, leading to follower/subscriber growth, increased conversions, and greater sales • Be able to shoot, edit and capture static imagery, ugc videos and other content types needed for regular in feed posts and ads. • Create and maintain a cross-platform social media calendar aligning with key marketing initiatives • Monitor and track engagement (comments, likes, etc.), manage cases (feedback, complaints, etc.), and track interactions • Discover relevant accounts to follow, engage and partner with • Proactively and reactively perform online reputation management, review management, crisis management, and risk management of the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli brand • Maximize the value of user-generated content on the XtremeLashes.com website and social channels using Pixlee • Serve as a brand ambassador for the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli brand • Monitor and implement industry trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy • Manage the design and operation of all live events streamed from any aforementioned platform • Establish dashboards to analyze performance metrics • Analyze campaigns and platforms against goals, ROI, and KPIs to determine needed improvements to enhance performance • Meet bi-weekly with leadership to present analytics and KPIs What the ideal candidate will bring to the team… • Marketing/Communications/Digital Marketing/Brand Management, Advertising/Journalism or other related degree • 2 or more years in social media management with demonstrated success in growing an online following is a plus • Strong background in social & content marketing • Must be able to write and edit compelling copy in our brand voice • Must have a passion for beauty and general knowledge of the industry • Able to communicate effectively with all team members, excellent follow-through and presentation skills • Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for beauty.
