Mechanical Designer, SolidWorks (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Designer, SolidWorks in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining mechanical designs using SolidWorks CAD software to support complex engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product development teams to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings while ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. The position involves managing design revisions, producing documentation for manufacturing, and generating flat patterns and cut files. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential to succeed in this role.
