Social Media Engagement Specialist

We're looking for an energetic and innovative Social Media Engagement Specialist.
Manage our social media presence, drive community interaction, and utilize analytics to refine performance.
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns tailored for TikTok and social media.
Engage actively with our social media community in real-time.
Stay abreast of the latest TikTok trends and use analytics insights.
Collaborate with the team to produce compelling content for TikTok.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing or similar positions.
Proven experience in social media management (scheduling and publishing) with a strong emphasis on TikTok. Creator experience is a major bonus! And, experience with tools such as Canva and Capcut are an additional bonus.
Demonstrated success in driving... engagement and growing online communities.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, and/or Khoros and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and foster a vibrant online community.
A keen understanding of current social media trends and a creative approach to content creation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
$60,000-80,000 base salary
100% remote with monthly internet stipend
