Founded by Chef Thony Clarke—aka The Mango Man—our journey began with a food cart and has since expanded into a quality food brand featuring flavorful sauces and snacks. We’re passionate about bringing bold, authentic tastes to our community, and now, we’re growing our online presence!Anticipated Hours Per Week 10-15 Schedule:Flexible and will vary based on community events for content.Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties:We’re seeking a Social Media & E-Commerce Sales Manager to elevate our digital presence and drive online sales. If you have a knack for social media trends, love creating engaging content, and enjoy the thrill of building a brand, this role is for you! You’ll play a key part in executing our e-commerce strategy, crafting compelling digital content, and managing online sales efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, etc.) based on our content calendar.Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following and drive website conversions.Create engaging videos, ads, and promotions that reflect the Mango Man Cooks! brand.Produce live sales events for The Mango Man and host interactive content to inspire purchases.Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers for high-quality content production.Travel locally for content creation (e.g., events, ingredient sourcing, demos).Qualifications:This role is perfect for someone who:✅ Loves creating social media content and staying ahead of trends.✅ Enjoys building and optimizing online sales channels.✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.✅ Wants hands-on experience with a growing small business.✅ Is adaptable and comfortable with last-minute schedule changes.QualificationsStrong experience in content creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
