Key Responsibilities Moderate user-generated content on our clients' platforms, reviewing graphic images, videos, and written content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Participate in frequent refresher training to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures. Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by our clients. Review, classify, and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters. Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standards. Maintain corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely. Participate in continuous training programs to optimize your performance. Provide trends and insights to improve overall processes and recommend policy and product improvements. Stay up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards. Essential Qualifications High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required). Over 18 years of age. Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location. Strong emotional intelligence and resilience. Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or explicit. Attention to detail and ability to be flexible to meet changing business needs. Logical problem-solving skills and availability to work various shifts. Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills. Ability to type 25 wpm. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of customer service experience. Proven oral and written communication skills. Organization and work prioritization skills.
