Social Media Content Creator & Sales Associate

Atlantic Strings Violin Shop Tampa is hiring experienced string players for part-time and full-time content creation and sales associate positions. All applicants should have some musical instrument experience playing or working with bowed string instruments (violin, viola, cello, and upright bass). Previous sales and/or content creation experience is encouraged but not mandatory. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Creating relevant and engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Using short-form videos, feed posts, stories, and blog posts to increase brand awareness and drive sales • Student through master instrument rentals and sales • Community and school event attendance • Merchandising and stocking inventory • Customer contact and communications • Point of sale data entry • Maintaining overall appearance of showrooms and facilities • Trade show preparation and attendance • Opening and closing • Inventory maintenance and ordering Qualified applicants should have the following skills and experience • A strong work ethic with a focus on customer experience and quality control • The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to lift over 20lbs • Must be comfortable utilizing stairs and step-ladders • Ability to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision • Must have basic computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite preferred • Good attitude and strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • How many hours would you like to work per week? • Which orchestral string instrument(s) (violin, viola, cello, and/or double bass) do you play, and how many years have you played for?
