Social Media Content Creator (Reels + Graphics) for B2B SaaS ( Ongoing Monthly Work)

We're a B2B SaaS company looking for a creative content creator to create the visuals for our Instagram/Facebook presence, and other content initiatives. Mainly, we need someone who can make both short-form video (Reels) AND static graphics (carousels, images), and who actually understands what performs on Instagram (and social in general) in 2025. --------------- This is an ongoing role: 6-10 pieces of content per month, with potential to grow. What We Need: Reels (2-4/month): - CapCut-Style meme templates (trending formats, relatable humor) - B-roll compilations with text overlays - Faceless content (no on-camera talent, so you'll need to be creative with stock imagery, screen recordings, text animations, etc. - Platform-native feel (like, it should look like it belongs on Instagram, not like a corporate ad) Graphics (4-6/month): - Carousels (Instagram-optimized, swipeable, designed to be saved/shared) - Static images for posts and Stories - Occasional newsletter header or blog featured image --------------------- The Vibe: Our brand voice is dry, self-aware, and a little funny, think Adam Scott or Bill Hader energy. We're a B2B company, but we don't want to sound like one. Content should feel relatable and human, not polished and corporate. Our audience is mostly small-medium business owners who are busy and don't have time for complicated tools. What We're Looking For: 1. You can take a simple brief and run with it, You don't need hand-holding 2. You stay current on Instagram trends and know what's working right now 3. You're comfortable with both video AND graphics (we don't want to hire two people) 4. You can work with a brand guide but also bring creative ideas 5.
