About the Role As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our business forward. This is a full-remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities Take customer calls, capturing incoming leads, processing orders, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions. Forward messages to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Regularly work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a remote or call center environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of adapting to changing priorities.
