Create and share engaging content, including images, videos, and articles, to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and brand strategies. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and make recommendations for improvement. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our online presence. Manage social media campaigns and promotions, including planning, execution, and tracking. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels. Proactively identify and address potential community issues or crises.
