When the AI detects complex or sensitive requests, it should seamlessly escalate the conversation to human staff, preserving the full chat context for continuity. Requirements: - Conversational AI engine trained on property-specific data (amenities, policies, local recommendations). - WApp & SMS integration via Twilio (or similar messaging API). - Property Management Module for structured storage of hotel/host data. - Smart escalation layer: AI-to-human handoff with context transfer. - Basic booking workflows: late checkout requests, room service, maintenance tickets. - Multi-language support (AI translations for international guests). Core Features: - Instant FAQ resolution (WiFi, check-in/out, gym hours, etc.) - Restaurant and attraction recommendations (location-aware, configurable by staff). - Room service, housekeeping, and maintenance request routing. - Check-in/check-out reminders and assistance. - Conversation analytics & reporting (frequent questions, staff load reduction).
