Social Media Comment Moderator for Facebook & Instagram
Description:Atlas Coffee Club is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Social Media Comment freelancer to help us manage and engage with our community on Facebook and Instagram. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for screening comments on our social media posts, determining if they require a response, and selecting the appropriate pre-written response when necessary.Responsibilities:- Monitor comments on Atlas Coffee Club’s Facebook and Instagram posts daily.- Assess whether comments need a response based on provided guidelines.- Choose and post from a list of pre-written responses when engagement is needed.- Flag any comments that may require escalation to the customer support or social media management team.- Maintain a positive and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.Requirements:- Previous experience in social media management, customer service, or community moderation.- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms.Excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions based on guidelines.- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.- Availability to check comments throughout the day, including some weekends, if possible.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with CS tools like Gorgias or Zendesk.
