About Swapila: Swapila is a new secondhand fashion platform that delivers great fits without fees. We’re a credit-based marketplace where users can swap old clothes for credits, then spend these credits on new looks. Role Summary: We’re looking for creative student-creators to produce 9 TikToks per day, evenly distributed across 3 assigned accounts that spotlight Swapila’s mission, voice, and community. You’ll create, film, edit, and post short-form videos that make secondhand feel fresh, fun, and affordable.Compensation:This is an unpaid internship for academic credit only. Enrollment for credit through your college/university and approval from your program/department are required before you start. What You'll Do: • Create short-form TikToks each day that clearly highlight and communicate Swapila’s value. • Follow a content calendar; pitch timely trends, hooks, and formats. • Edit for watch time (hooks, captions, on-screen text, pacing) and post at optimal times. • Engage the community: respond to comments, source duet/stitch opportunities, and encourage user submissions.• Track simple metrics (views, retention, saves, shares) to learn what works and what doesn't. • Collaborate with our Head of Marketing on brand voice, safety, and platform best practices. Time & Format: • Schedule: - 10hours/week for 10–12 weeks (flexible around classes). • Location: Remote, with weekly check-ins and async feedback. • Start Date: January 20th, 2026. What You'll Learn: • Build a repeatable TikTok content system (ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → posting → analytics). • Apply brand storytelling and on-platform SEO (keywords, captions, hashtags).• Interpret creator analytics to improve retention, conversion cues, and series formats. • Operate a lightweight content calendar and creative review workflow. • Practice ethical UGC and disclosure (FTC guidelines for endorsements and partnerships).
