To support our US growth plans we are searching for a Social Media and Influencer Specialist. One position to oversee YouTube and one to oversee TikTok. These roles are responsible for the development of innovative, results-oriented, social media programs across YouTube and TikTok that will compel consumers to action!
What you will be doing:
You'll dive into the vibrant world of influencer campaigns, you’ll find amazing creators, and guide them to craft content that resonates with our audience. Your knack for creativity, eye for detail, relationship building and outstanding organizational ability will be the driving forces behind forging meaningful partnerships and ensuring our brand shines brightly in the spotlight. Some of the main areas you’ll work on.
Oversee the casting, vetting, and monitoring of influencers to ensure alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
Plan and create engaging content for various social media platforms, collaborating with leadership to identify suitable creators and overseeing the collaboration process from scope of work to content delivery.
Stay abreast of the ever-changing influencer marketing landscape, including emerging social media tools, and functionalities.
Expand Timelines influencer program by building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers.
Track performance metrics to optimize content strategy and influencer collaborations and develop recaps to report on performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Coordinate meetings, assist in the preparation of onboarding presentation materials, manage administrative duties related to influencer marketing, including invoices, PO’s, maintaining databases, and expenses.
Provide logistical support for celebrity giftings, events, and other activations, including preparing materials, and managing event schedules, support travel needs for the leadership team, as appropriate.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and utilize analytic tools to effectively track and measure success of activations, as well as inform strategic optimization recommendations in real time
Develop regular campaign reports and data-based results, pulling strong, action-oriented insights to inform further work.
What you need for this position:
• 2+ years’ related experience of working on the marketing agency side (this is essential) and you are now looking to move over to the brand side.
• Experience of social media & influencer marketing with proven experience of influencer management.
• Creative and innovative thinker, organized, detail-oriented, team player and solution-oriented.
• You enjoying being resourceful and taking initiative, you have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Agile and collaborative working style - demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines and cross functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Enjoy working in an environment where responsibilities and projects will change at a moment’s notice; you are a problem solver and someone who enjoys working autonomously.
• The ideal candidate will be someone who has a personal interest in wellness and maintaining a pulse of emerging influencers in the health and wellness industry.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $60,000 - $75,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity
