Social and Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO
tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized personal assistant who has extensive experience in social media & calendar coordination. This role will work onsite 2 times a week (flexible) in the Key Largo area (or able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEOs social platforms.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content
Content brainstorming & copywriting
Organizing the CEOs social calendar
Managing CEOs social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK
Community management on all social platforms
Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a role involving social media management
Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram)
In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & other platforms trends & best practices
Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often
Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area (or able to commute from Miami 2x per week)
