SMM Design Team Lead
Lead the SMM design team: generate ideas, provide technical support in daily tasks, share knowledge, give regular feedback, and oversee the workflow

Develop new templates and refine existing ones

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM
Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator
Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
Experience in gaming industryNice to have:
Experience in 3D design and modeling
Experience in motion design
Important:
Fluency in Russian
