Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding parents through their decision-making process:
Communicate with parents after trial lessons to understand their needs and expectations.Present the value and benefits of our courses in a clear, persuasive, and empathetic way.Handle objections and propose tailored solutions for each family.Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.Keep accurate client records in our CRM system.Collaborate with teachers, Welcome Managers, and the wider team to ensure a smooth and supportive customer journey.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathy and the ability to build trust with parents.A structured yet flexible approach to sales.Confidence in handling objections and thinking creatively to find solutions.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Experience in sales, customer service, or education (a strong plus).Advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak and at least B1 English.
