Site Reliability Engineer :
- Monitor, automate, and improve the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other site reliability engineers to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and virtual machines (VMs) on Hyper-V
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with configuration management tools, specifically Ansible
- Additional experience with Linux Server operating systems and administration will be a plus
- Strong SQL database management skills, including implementing high availability solutions through replication, clustering, or failover strategies
- Incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure or database outages
- Experience using monitoring tools and analyzing logs for problem resolution
- MUST BE ABLE to work second shift hours
