Site Acquisition Consultant - Wireless Telecom

We are an advisory group focused on cellular site lease buyouts and lease negotiations. We operate as a brokerage targeting the highest and best offer for a commission.
We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Consultant to assist our team in leads development. Site Acquisition Consultant will participate in profit sharing from each closed transaction from their leads. This is not a full-time position and can be accomplished after hours or weekends. Please note, we are expecting you to provide contacts and introductions.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and providing leads.
• Providing introductions to landlords.
• Time commitment: Minimum 15 minute weekly catch up call.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience as a site acquisition specialist
• Relationship with carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and tower companies.
• Experience in identifying and securing real estate for cell tower and rooftop antennas sites.
• Experience in negotiation lease agreement and modifications.
Compensation
• 20% of all fees on each lead you provide.
This is a 1099 consulting role. If you have other employment or contract work, this will not interfere. Our team handles all the heavy lifting from ongoing landlord contact, underwriting, negotiations, closings, etc. This is a hands off role if you wish, but always welcome involvement at your own pace.
