Sifting Services Analyst / Paralegal – Pittsburgh, PA

About the position Responsibilities • Learn all aspects of the 'after you sign' business, artificial intelligence, software, and company culture. • Sift metadata from client contracts using AI-enabled software. • Organize opportunities for multiple client engagements for the LegalSifter Organize Concierge service. • Extract simple contract concepts such as titles, party names, and governing law. • Adapt to changing priorities and assignments as directed by the VP, Sifting Services. • Split PDF documents as needed. • Quality check the work of other team members. • Suggest process improvements to the Sifting Services Leadership Team. • Train other team members as required. Requirements • Minimum education of an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or Paralegal certification. • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong reading comprehension, communication, and typing skills. • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects. • Familiarity with LegalTech solutions is strongly desired. Nice-to-haves • Demonstrated ability to learn and sift advanced legal concepts such as limitation of liability and intellectual property. • Experience in a fast-paced environment and willingness to adopt new technologies.
