Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Side Hustler / Mompreneur. The Work From Home Mom (WFH Mom) Social Seller will be responsible for selling Midnite Beauty by Batrice products through social media platforms, engaging with customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be required to create engaging social media content, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge about product offerings and promotions.
Midnite Beauty by Batrice is expanding—and I’m looking for passionate, purpose-driven women (and a few bold gents too!) ready to build a business that lights them up and makes an impact.
This is more than a side hustle. This is a chance to build confidence, create income, and inspire others—all while growing with a supportive team that leads with love and lives with purpose.
As a Farmasi Beauty & Wellness Brand Partner, you’ll:
• Share and sell high-quality, affordable makeup, skincare, haircare, and wellness products
• Build your own business on your terms—full-time, part-time, or pockets of time
• Get hands-on mentorship, weekly team trainings, and personal development support
• Create content, run online events, and build your brand with freedom and authenticity
• Uplift women through beauty, healing, and empowerment (while earning commissions and bonuses!)

Preferred Qualifications:
· Proven sales and customer service skills—you love connecting with people and helping them find what makes them feel confident.
· Experience with social media marketing and content creation (Reels, stories, lives—we love it all!)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills—whether it's a DM or a discovery call, you know how to show up with heart.
· Solid time management and organizational skills—you can juggle self-care, school runs, and a glow-up biz like a boss.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently—this is your business too, and you’re ready to own it.
· Comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment—laptop, phone, ring light, let’s go!
• Bonus: Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or coaching space—but not required. We’ll train you with love.
