Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Marketing Consultant – Part-Time | Remote $30–$35/hour + 10% Profit Share • ** Applicants without direct Airbnb or STR experience will not be considered. We operate and grow real short-term rental properties and are looking for an experienced Airbnb / STR Marketing Consultant to help increase bookings, revenue, and long-term brand value. This is a part-time, long-term growth role for someone who understands Airbnb performance at a strategic level and wants upside tied to results—not just hours worked. What You’ll Own • Optimize Airbnb listings to improve ranking, conversion, and revenue • Increase occupancy, ADR, and monthly profit • Improve Airbnb SEO, copy, photos, and offer positioning • Advise on pricing strategy, seasonality, and promotions • Build and execute a social growth strategy on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that supports bookings • Analyze performance data and recommend growth actions Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Direct experience marketing Airbnb or short-term rental properties • Proven results increasing bookings, revenue, or listing visibility • Strong understanding of Airbnb’s ranking & conversion factors • Ability to clearly explain what you did and the results Nice-to-Have (Not Required) • Organic follower growth on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok • Experience with direct bookings or mid-term rentals • Pricing tools or revenue management experience Compensation & Details • $30–$35/hour base • 10% profit share tied to measurable growth • Part-time, flexible hours • Remote • Long-term opportunity How to Apply Apply with: • Airbnb/STRs you’ve helped grow • Metrics or results achieved (bookings, revenue, rankings, etc.) • Any social accounts you’ve scaled (optional) Applicants without direct Airbnb or STR experience will not be considered.
