Shopify Theme Developer Needed to Complete Multi-Store Setup (EU Store) We’re setting up a new Shopify store as part of our existing multi-store setup (US, UK, CA, AU, etc.). Most of the Markets and domain configuration is already in place, but we need help finishing a few theme-level and store-level items so this new shop works smoothly with the rest of our stores. Here’s what we need support with: What’s already done: - EU store is active - Domain is connected - Shopify Markets is mostly configured (need some polishing) - Shipping zones (also need polishing) - Products are added What we need help with: 1. Fixing or updating the theme’s built-in store switcher - Our theme includes a custom store selector (flag dropdown) that links to our US/UK/CA/AU stores. - The new store isn’t linked yet, which is causing redirects and 404s. - We need this switcher updated or removed depending on what works best. 2. Make sure previews and product pages load normally - Some preview URLs are breaking due to misdirected theme logic. - Need someone to verify everything resolves correctly to the new store domain. 3. Finalizing the Domain + Market connection - New store needs to be fully recognized by the theme and by Shopify Markets. - Confirm that market assignment, primary market setup, and domain routing all behave correctly. 4. General theme cleanup - Since the new store was cloned from our existing store, a few leftover references still appear (shipping banners, currency displays, etc.). - A developer should help tidy these up so the EU storefront is clean and EU-specific. Skills we’re looking for: - Strong experience with Shopify theme development - Ability to work with Liquid, theme sections, snippets, and store switcher code - Familiarity with Shopify Markets + multi-store setups - Good debugging skills (redirect issues, preview errors, domain logic) - Ability to explain what needs to be done in simple terms About us: We run multiple Shopify stores under the same brand. This new store is the latest addition, and we just need an experienced developer to help us get across the finish line. Project Scope: This is a relatively small job for someone experienced. Most of the structure is already in place; the main work is around the theme’s multi-store logic plus a few cleanup fixes.
