Shopify Plus Developer ( Remote – US Time Zones) We are a specialized development agency partnering with high-growth eCommerce brands generating 8–9 figures in annual revenue. Our clients expect top-tier execution and communication, and we only hire developers who can deliver both. We are looking for a Shopify Developer with proven Shopify Plus experience who can own deliverables end to end, communicate clearly with teams and clients, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. If you are not highly skilled in both development and communication, this role will not be a fit. To be considered, you must be able to: • Build and customize Shopify Plus 2.0 themes from scratch • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performing storefronts • Confidently communicate technical solutions to clients and project managers in clear English • Manage code using GitHub and work comfortably in an agency environment • Work US time zones with fast and consistent communication via Slack, Gmail, and ClickUp If you meet these requirements, keep reading. Core Technical Responsibilities • Code Shopify Plus 2.0 liquid themes from scratch and using the Dawn base theme • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Shopify Plus templates (copy and creative provided by designers) • Build landing pages from templates and Figma files • Optimize site speed for Shopify Plus themes • Configure GA4, Ads tracking codes, and GTM in Shopify and Shopify Checkout • Configure Shopify Plus admin settings, discounts, advanced sales, shipping rules, scripts, and functions • Customize the Shopify Plus checkout using Functions • Build custom Shopify Plus collection filters using Tags, MetaFields, and MetaObjects • Implement and configure advanced Shopify Plus apps (ReBuy, YotPo, SYWM, etc.) • Build page templates optimized for SEO including correct h1, h2, h3 structure, canonical and noindex tags • Implement SEO and site speed improvements based on Google Core Web Vitals reports • Implement ADA fixes and build ADA-compliant templates (direction provided by PM team) • Stay up to date on new Shopify Plus features such as Checkout Extensibility, Functions, and Markets Critical Requirements • Strong English fluency, verbal and written. This will be tested during interviews. • Outstanding communication skills.
