Our Corporate Headquarters are based in Miami, Florida, and we have a team of over 130 members across Latin America, working with clients worldwide. **The Role** As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to these clients, working closely with our highly skilled client success team. You will be challenged to come up with strategies to manage your team to success in a proactive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day) * Follow up with existing leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day) * Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day) * Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales goals **Requirements** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily **No previous experience is required**, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills.
