Job Description:
As a Full-Service Shopper, you will be responsible for providing a seamless shopping experience to our customers. This involves picking up grocery items from our partner stores, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and delivering them on time. You will be the face of Shipt, interacting with customers and store employees during pickup and delivery. We value our shoppers and ensure their comfort and safety while they perform their duties.
Responsibilities:
– Accurately pick grocery items as per the customers order
– Maintain a friendly demeanor and professional appearance at all times
– Ensure timely delivery of orders
– Handle any customer queries or complaints professionally
– Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Valid U.S. driver’s license and auto insurance
– Reliable vehicle (1997 or newer)
– Knowledge of produce selection
– Ability to lift 40 pounds
– Smartphone to manage orders
– Willingness to undergo background check
Education:
No formal education is required for this position. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in the grocery industry or a related field is an advantage but not a requirement. We provide thorough on-the-job training to all our new hires.
