Key Responsibilities:
Provide Specialized Instruction: Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique academic and behavioral needs of middle or high school students.
Collaborate with the Education Team: Work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to support student success.
Develop and Implement IEPs: Help create and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Behavioral Support: Manage a caseload of students with high behavioral needs, employing strategies to foster emotional and academic growth.
Job Qualifications:
Active Special Education license
At least 1 year of virtual teaching experience
Ability to manage students with behavioral challenges and implement effective strategies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay & Benefits:
Full-time, 1099 Contract Position
Hourly rate: $35 per hour
Guaranteed weekly hours
